Originally from Spring Lake, New Jersey, Lilah fell in love with the Lowcountry after years of visiting and made Charleston home three years ago. She graduated from Paul Mitchell the School in early 2026 and quickly discovered her passion for helping others achieve healthy, confident skin.

Lilah is a licensed esthetician with advanced certifications in microneedling, dermaplaning, and skin cancer awareness. She is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans and making sure every client feels educated, comfortable, and confident in caring for their skin.

Her warm personality, dedication to continued education, and love for results-driven skincare make her a beautiful addition to our team—and we know you’re going to love her just as much as we do. 🤍

When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find her walking her dogs, cooking, or spending time with family and friends.

Charleston Medical Spa is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Manager to help lead and grow our brand presence. We’re searching for someone creative, organized, and driven who can bring fresh ideas while managing the many moving parts of a growing aesthetics + wellness business.

This role will include:
✨ Brand management
✨ Social media strategy + content creation
✨ Print + digital advertising
✨ Website + CRM management
✨ Google listings + review management
✨ Promotions, campaigns + growth initiatives

Qualifications:
✨ 2+ years of marketing management experience
✨ Experience in med spas, aesthetics, or the wellness industry preferred
✨ Strong eye for branding and content creation
✨ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
