Avondale Therapy We can often get stuck in life, struggling to move forward emotionally and physically. Therapy provides that "something else" to support this journey.

I, Elise Richard, am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addictions Counselor II who has been working in the mental health field since 2003. I provide support for individuals and couples who are failing to create the life that they want and deserve. As Home Depot states, "You can do it, we can help." I work with my clients to identify where they want to go in life, what is getting in

their way, and how to pull from their current skill set to achieve these. Therapy is individualized, my aim is to support the journey that each client is on. Our relationship is key to facilitating and creating change, so my approach is relaxed, nonjudgmental, supportive and safe.
