Everybody knows the traditional Dead Bugs. If you’re looking for a way to progress the intensity, here are a couple options ⬇️

1️⃣ Anti-Extension Dead Bugs

The goal: don’t let the band pull your arms overhead. Keep your ribs down, brace your core, and resist any arching through your lower back.

2️⃣ Anti-Rotation Dead Bugs

As you perform the leg extensions, focus on fighting the band’s rotational force. Stay square, keep your trunk stable, core braced, and avoid letting your torso twist.

These variations challenge core control, stability, and tension management… making a familiar exercise even more effective 💪😁
