It is our mission to help athletes, youth and active adults have pain free movement to improve performance, quality of life and maintain an active lifestyle. Special offers include physical therapy visit packages, annual subscription, monthly maintenance membership (Triple M), and concierge services. We accept HSA/FSA and offer referral and military/first responder discounts.

Weekend Recap! 🤪

Saturday we spent the morning with breaking down proper warm-ups and running mechanics to help runners move more efficiently, reduce pain, and actually enjoy their miles a little more. 🏃‍♂️ We love the OTF crew and they are always ready to get better!

Sunday we were out at for their ‘Unwind and Align’ Wellness Expo. There was great weather, an intense workout, and the chance to connect with so many awesome members of their community.

We are grateful for these opportunities to move, teach, and meet amazing people along the way. Looking forward to more weekends like this. 💪🌞

Our guy Shayne has been putting in a lot of work behind the scenes working with Dr. Tyson. Shayne has been intensely working on improving his mobility, strength, mechanics, and attacking weaknesses to become the best overall athlete he can be.

Seeing that hard work show up on the court at the 5A State Championship this weekend was special.

Being born and raised in Charleston, educating and empowering my community isn’t just important to me
— it’s personal.

It’s bigger than physical therapy. I carry a deep responsibility. It’s about visibility. Access. Belief. And planting seeds early.

RnM weekend recap 🙌

We kicked things off Saturday celebrating the re-grand opening . We always enjoy ourselves when we go to stretch zone and spend time with their awesome staff and community. And yes, we gladly accepted a complimentary stretch 😅.

Then Sunday we headed over to to support Strong AF with alongside so many incredible vendors and an amazing atmosphere. The workout was intense, but a great way to start a Sunday with a sense of community fitness and accomplishment! Special shout out to one of our very own crushing the workout 💪👏!

Moments like these remind us why we love what we do. We’re counting down to spring and summer so we can keep showing up, connecting, and being part of more events like this 💪🌞
