There are days when your brain just feels full.

When you've been sitting too long, thinking too much, holding tension without even realizing it.

And honestly? Sometimes the only thing that helps is moving.

Not to work out. Not to burn anything off. Just to breathe. To stretch. To feel your feet on the ground again.

Something shifts when you slow down and move with intention. Your shoulders drop. Your breath deepens. Your thoughts aren't quite as loud.

It doesn't fix everything. But it helps.
