Great question! In general the agenda looks something like,
✅ mix & mingle
✅ meet a local Pro (usually virtually)
✅ in-house continuing ed.
✅ review last month’s events
✅ plan the next 30, 60, 90 days
✅ cover group finances
✅ vote on budgets, plans, officers, etc.
✅ closed-door doula decompression time
