I have been a part of the food and hospitality industry for longer than I can remember, both personally ( 😘) and professionally. This past week watching my husband finish his last days of work, was profound. It’s a rare moment in my life with him where he’s all of a sudden home for dinner and I’m not taking it for granted.
Here’s to all the chefs, their families, their kids. Whether you’re cooking your heart out serving dinners to go, or dreaming up your next menu from your dining room, embrace this time, because it may never come again. 🤍
