Ladies, is 2026 your year to Tri something new and daring? Tri It For Life Summerville and other SC and NC chapters are looking for you to join us!

We are excited to bring the Tri It For Life (TIFL) organization to the beautiful town of Summerville, SC, the “Flower Town in the Pines.” The Summerville chapter will begin a 12-week training program mid-summer to prepare you for the She Tris at Carnes Crossroads triathlon held in the fall.
