Things to Note:
~Our sunset classes this week will still be at 6:30pm. Starting 5/11 our sunset classes will move to 7pm.

~ We’ll be hosting classes this Mother’s Day and would love to have you join us. Calling all kinds of mamas—dog mamas, kid mamas, plant mamas, nature mamas. However you show your care in this world, this space is for you.

Class Cost:
As always, we welcome all levels and ages to join our yoga classes, which are offered on a donation basis. Our mission is to keep yoga accessible to everyone while also honoring the dedication of our teachers. We kindly ask that you contribute what you can, with a suggested minimum of $10.

This weather is definitely keeping us on our toes when it comes to scheduling. The rain percentage seems to change every time I check my weather apps.

I know, like many of you, I will be grateful for some rain, but I would also love some windows of time to be out on the beach with you :)

We are excited to have Full Moon Yoga on this week!!!

Due to weather and rain we had to cancel our Wednesday 4/29 class

Thursday 4/30
-10:00 am at 6th West on Folly

-6:30pm Sunset Yoga at The Charleston Harbor Resort. You will find us on the beach behind the building with the red roof.

-7:15 pm Full Moon Yoga at 6th West on Folly
Cost: $15 - Please note this class has a set cost.

Sunday 5/3
-9:00 am at The Charleston Harbor Resort. You will find us on the beach behind the building with the red roof.
-10:00 am at 6th West on Folly

WEATHER UPDATE BELOW ⬇️ This week’s schedule is a little weather-dependent, so we’re rolling out a partial plan for now.

With strong winds expected Monday night, we will not be holding sunset beach yoga at Breach Inlet.

We’ve got morning classes scheduled and will check back in early this week with updates for sunset sessions and the rest of the schedule.

This week’s yoga schedule:
• Monday 4/27 — No class
• Tuesday 4/28 — 10:00 AM @ 6th West, Folly Beach
•• CANCELED Wednesday 4/29 — 10:00 AM @ 13th East, Folly Beach
➡️All Wed classes canceled

Happy Earth Day 🌎🌿

Days like today remind us how lucky we are to do what we do — practicing yoga right on the beach, surrounded by the ocean, the sand, and the fresh air.

It’s a constant reminder of how much the Earth gives us — space to move, air to breathe, and a place to slow down and reconnect.

We’re so grateful to share these moments with all of you every day — from our Charleston beaches to the places we get to explore together on our retreats.

Happy Earth Day, and here’s to taking care of this beautiful planet and continuing to show up, move, and breathe with it 💙🌊

Please be mindful when parking—pull all the way forward or back so we can fit as many cars as possible.

A few reminders:
• Bring water
• Plan to leave a little early, as traffic has started picking up in the mornings
• We recommend avoiding black clothing or mats, as they can get quite hot in the sun

We have a full lineup of beach yoga planned across Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, and Charleston Harbor — and we are so excited to be back in the sunshine with you!

We’ll check back in by the end of the week regarding Sunday classes, but we are feeling very hopeful.

✨Things to note:
• Charleston Harbor Resort yoga is back 🙌
• Breach Inlet classes: the free parking lot may still be under construction. You can park on the Sullivan’s side of the bridge or use street parking on the IOP side
• Please be mindful when parking, especially on Folly Beach. Spaces are limited, and we want to fit as many cars as possible
• It’s getting warm out there ☀️ We recommend wearing light clothing, bringing water, and avoiding black yoga mats as they can get very hot
