Come play in the park with us under the beautiful moon. This special session invites you to experience the park in a whole new light—where the sky, moon, and movement come together.

Whether it’s your very first time or you’re a familiar face, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with lunar energy, the beauty of the waterway, and each other. Bring a yoga mat, a friend, and an open heart.

Sorry for the delay!! Here is our updated weather scheduled for this week.

We’re looking at strong winds all week, with gusts up to 33 MPH, which can make for tricky conditions on the beach. Because of this, we’ll be running a limited schedule.

We do have some exciting news: Full Moon Yoga – Monday, Oct 6th at 6:45pm, Sunrise Park

Things to Note:
* Wednesday – Sunrise Park, 10:00am
* Wednesday evening & Thursday– No classes
* Sunday – Fingers crossed! I’m hopeful we’ll be back out there. I’ll check conditions and confirm by Friday afternoon, but I’m optimistic.

We are SOOO excited to bring this back!!!! Join for a fun and playful Glow Yoga practice under the new moon. Bring your glow sticks, towel/mat/tapestry, and meet us on the beach for glow-in-the-dark movement and connection.

Glow Yoga on Folly
Date: Friday, September 19th
Time: 7:15 PM
Location: 6th West Folly Beach
Cost: $15

What to Bring:
~Glow sticks – preferably not the blinking kind, or at least with a steady light setting. Walmart and sometimes the dollar store have them in stock.

~A beach towel, mat, or tapestry

~Water

~Friends – always nice to carpool :)

~Maybe a cover-up, hoodie, socks for savasana, as it can get chilly in the evening.
