Hope you’re enjoying your weekend! Sunday is looking beautiful, but the rest of the week is a little questionable. Let’s take advantage of the sunshine while we have it, and we’ll keep an eye on the weather as the week unfolds. Hopefully the temps warm back up soon.

As always, all levels + all ages are welcome. Our classes are offered on a donation basis to keep yoga accessible to everyone while also honoring our dedicated teachers. Suggested donation is $10–$20 — please give what you can.

☀️ Yoga Insight
There’s something powerful about simply showing up — especially when it would be easier to stay wrapped in a blanket. Yoga isn’t about perfect weather or perfect poses. It’s about meeting yourself where you are, breathing through what’s tight, and softening what doesn’t need to be so rigid.

Sometimes the biggest shift isn’t in your body — it’s in your perspective. And that shift can change everything.

Still dreaming about Tulum 🤍🌴

Catamaran views, swimming through caves, jungle ATV rides, exploring the nightlife, slow beach days, and yoga every single morning. It was the perfect mix of adventure and grounding.

And our house chefs… truly amazing! The food was incredible, and they were so gracious in teaching us about the ingredients, the flowers, the culture behind each dish, and the belief that food is medicine. It made every meal feel intentional and special.

We’re so grateful for the memories, the laughter, and the beautiful group who made this retreat what it was.

Tulum, you were something special ✨🌊
