While most of Charleston winds down for the night, our teams are gearing up for whatever comes next.

This moment between surgeon Dr. Aaron Lesher and charge nurse Jess Wellington shows the trust and teamwork that help keep our patients safe around the clock.

Night shift care in the operating room takes a special kind of bond, built on communication, trust, and being there for each other at any hour.

Thank you, night shift crew! 💙
