I am so excited to announce the first episode of The Heart Of The Shaman podcast! This has been a long time coming!

In this intro episode, myself and my cohost Betty Gallaher discuss what a shaman is, what is means to live a shamanic way of life, meditation, intuition and more!

Stay tuned for future monthly episodes on an interesting range of metaphysical and spiritual topics!💕

Pavan and Betty delve into what a Shaman is vs. Shamanism as a way of life and Shamanic techniques. They also explore the importance of meditation, connection to intuition, the present moment, taking inspired action from the moment and compassion, love and kindness vs. fear.
