Tonight, our nursing grads will recite the nursing creed with all nurses in attendance. This creed is a rite of passage for our new nurses as they become nurses. It is also a beautiful reminder to all nurses, of the great responsibility we have been trusted with.

We honored our faculty at the annual Recognition Luncheon, where we celebrated years of service, presented the Faculty of the Year, Educator of the Year, and two Peer-to-Peer Awards, along with the inaugural presentation of two new “Academy Awards!”

Trident Technical College Alpha Delta Nu, indicted four soon to be graduates into the honor society. This is the only honor society of associate degree nurses, where students must earn a B or better in all nursing courses and complete hours of service. Today, Kyle James Heyman, Madeline Avery, Abigail Crumley Bassano, and Allison Bell were inducted into the honor society as they prepare to be pinned next week! Congratulations to you all on a job well done! You are prepared to hit the ground running and we are so incredibly proud of each of you! ,

Students completing their clinical rotation at The Village of Summerville delivered SNAP Awards to four staff members! The students reported that they made them feel welcome and sought opportunities for the students to learn! Thank you for giving our students an excellent environment to learn hands on nursing skills!

Are you aware of who ensures the seamless operation of the TTC Nursing Division? It is our exceptional administrative team, consisting of Mrs. Mattern, Mrs. Cribb, and Mrs. Adams, who manage everything from nursing admissions to endorsements and handle all necessary documentation for nursing school entry to NCLEX exam licensure. These ladies have contributed to the success of TTC Nursing, ensuring the Lowcountry has a steady influx of nurses. Thank you for everything you do, and Happy Administrative Professionals Day!
