“I’ve been practicing yoga for 8 years.”

✨What is your favorite thing about practicing at Salt Spa & Yoga?
“It’s affordable, spacious, and the teachers are incredible! They consistently put their all into each class and make everyone feel welcomed.”

✨What is your favorite yoga pose?
“Half moon (Ardha Chandrasana) and honorable mention half pigeon (Ardha Kapotasana).

✨Why is yoga important to you?
