First week open COMPLETE!! What a fulfilling week!

There are some bugs to work out but we are addressing them:
1) Optimum is not allowing their customers to call into our phones. It’s an issue on Optimum’s end and we are addressing it with them. If you can’t get through, let us know, try calling from a cell phone or message us on socials and you will get us!
2) Humana delayed our start date with them. It is officially June 1 and then we are good to go with Humana!

Please let us know if you have any other issues and we will address those as well! We want to be providing good care for our community!

Today was our first official day and we are so grateful to be open and able to care for our community!

Richardson kids approve the new office!! Construction is completed! Pray Construction and the WVU team have done an amazing job! Now time to get some furniture in here…

Almost finished!! Very happy with how the clinic space is shaping up! Construction is completed! Next, to install the equipment and furniture! On track for May 12 opening day! 🥳

Really coming along nicely here in the new West Virginia Retina clinic! Behind Dr. Richardson is the photography area. The counter is the nurses station. Should be finished in the next couple of week!

Drywall is up and paint is happening on the walls! Opening date is still on target for May 12! Appointments with Dr. Richardson are open now. You can call (681)322-3060 or referring doctors can fax appointments to (681)322-3061.

Construction update! Everything still running on schedule! Drywall targeted to be fully installed by end of next week. Network cables will be run soon and the ceiling goes in last!
The area in the picture will be a clinical area for documentation with a “pod” of 5 exams rooms to take care of patients. Can’t wait to show the after pics when this area is finished!
