So proud of our sweet friend!

Look at our friend! One year completed with Lowcountry Early Intervention, and almost turning three, he is headed to his first program with typical peers and a comprehensive set of skills for success. His superpower is his mommy, who has ensured he builds his capacity to achieve his outcomes. She not only took the lead as her son's expert but was also an active participant during services and carried over skills learned during routines and activities with the family support system. Special thanks to OT Victoria at Spokenword Therapy and SL-P Ashley at Easterseals! Next stop is turning three, school with friends, and more essential learning opportunities. Well done friend, family and team!

Miss Hailey obtained her Certificate of Clinical Competence which means she is now fully able to practice as a speech-language pathologist without a supervisor. Woot! Woot!

On a side note, one of her families praised her today for being such an incredible therapist. We couldn’t agree more!

Hey, Charleston! You’re looking at a winner in ! Hailey Nies, MS, CF-SLP is SWCT’s THERAPIST OF THE 1st QUARTER 2024!

Hailey hit the ground running with SWCT last year, and has done nothing but win ever since!

Recently, a mother of one of Hailey’s patients took the time to write a hand written letter to Hailey’s supervisor letting her know how much Hailey has helped her kiddo improve in speech and language.
