POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Flexible Scheduling Available, $3,000 Sign on Bonus, License Reimbursement

Evaluates and treats communication disorders, including motor speech disorders, language disorders, cognitive language deficits and voice disorders.

Provides direct patient services to improve the cognitive, communicative and/or swallowing abilities of neurologically impaired persons

Assigning patient care activities to professional and non-professional personnel.

Supervising and evaluating work performance

Interpreting responsibilities and SNF policies to therapy personnel.

Assures the ex*****on of doctor’s orders

Oversees the maintenance of the therapy records (medical, personnel, accounting, billing, etc.)

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Valid license to practice in appropriate State.

John and Fonda Elliot began AMFM in 1982 and have built AMFM into West Virginia’s leader in skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care services. There are 19 AMFM care centers located throughout West Virginia.

Webster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center opened in 1985 and is a 60 person care center specializing in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care services.

Webster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center received the 2018 Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The program is based on the core values and criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
The center continued their quality care journey in 2020 when the center received the Silver National Quality Award.
