Our Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner who serves as an added layer of personalized support for patients who want more than quick fixes. She works alongside the medical provider to help address the everyday factors that influence results most: nutrition, stress, sleep, digestion, inflammation, habits, and consistency.
SO many patients need more support. Medications, hormones, peptides, and wellness therapies can be incredible tools, but they work best when the body has the right foundation. Our FDN-P helps patients optimize that foundation so they can feel better, respond better, and stay on track.
And while people often confuse this role with a nutritionist, it is not the same. A nutritionist may focus primarily on food and meal guidance. An FDN-P takes a broader, functional approach to uncover imbalances and help support the body as a whole.

Our BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy) trained provider who is the queen of functional wellness! This is a new offering designed for patients who want a deeper, more personalized look at concerns related to hormones, energy, metabolism, mood, and overall comprehensive wellness!

Inspired by her own health struggles, Christi decided to become a practitioner herself. She
earned her nursing degree, then went on to complete her master’s program, graduating magna cm laude and becoming a family nurse practitioner. She is
certified in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and is currently pursuing board certification through the American Board of Anti-Aging Health
Practitioners (ABAAHP) with an additional certification in functional medicine.
