🎶🥶❄️☃️some tips while shoveling:
🤍try and do a small warmup before starting to get those muscles warm and engaged
🤍keep your back straight and your head in-line with your spine
🤍put one foot in front of the other and bend at your KNEES keeping your weight in your front foot 🦵🏼
🤍 when coming back up, straighten your knees and squeeze those gluts like no tomorrow 🙂 ( gluts are the largest muscle and one of the strongest)
🤍try not to hinge at the waist or round your back
🤍 USE YOUR CORE. Being mindful of engaging your core every time you pick up snow will greatly help protect your low back
🤍 keep the load as close to your body as possible. Try not to overreach
🤍when dumping the snow, DON’T BEND AT THE WAIST AND TWIST. Move your entire body to where you want the snow to go.
🤍take breaks 🧘🏻♀️the snow will still be there in five minutes
🤍HAVE FUN 💕 shoveling is a great workout and an excuse to be outside ☃️
