The Stanford Lifestyle Medicine High School Summer Program is now accepting applications from rising high school juniors and seniors. Our next session is taking place July 14-30, 2025, entirely via Zoom.

Stanford Lifestyle Medicine faculty will lead students through the essentials of lifestyle medicine. Students will discover how nutrition, physical activity, stress management, social connection and gratitude, and sleep contribute to overall health.

Scholarship opportunities are available to those who qualify.
