In 2025, Dr. Rani P***k, creator of the Clinicians CHEF Coaching Program, along with contributions from Wellcoaches CEO Margaret Moore, Beth Frates, Eddie Phillips, and Jacob Mirsky, had their paper, “Defining Culinary Medicine: A Call for consensus on Competencies to Improve Nutrition,” published.
Culinary medicine, in short, is the science-informed art of helping people learn or rediscover the gathering of ingredients, cooking delicious food, and sharing and savoring a healthy meal.
