Aprenda técnicas de relajación, imágenes guiadas, habilidades para cuidar a un familiar con demencia y estrategias para reducir el riesgo de pérdida de la memoria a través de una aplicación móvil

¿Cuida a un familiar con demencia?
¿Quiere mejorar su estado de ánimo, su perspectiva o su energía?
¿Quiere aprender cómo reducir el riesgo de pérdida de memoria?

Usted podría ser elegible para un estudio de investigación de terapia a través de una aplicación móvil. Los participantes de este proyecto serán entrevistados por investigadores y recibirán lecciones en el transcurso de 12 semanas que pueden incluir más información sobre la demencia, los desafíos comunes del cuidado, las prácticas de relajación y la prevención de la demencia. No se requieren visitas en persona, pero es necesario que viva en Estados Unidos. Los sujetos pueden recibir un reembolso de hasta $250 por su participación.
