When we were in Sicilia, our daughter developed a very severe respiratory infection. A Sicilian pediatrician recommended v***r steam to open her respiratory passages. She recommended a Turkish menthol and sea salt treatment with steam v***r to help open up her lungs. We were so amazed at the benefit that we decided to package and bring it to our store at Charlevoix L’Alchimie. Inspiro contains organic Turkish menthol crystals, and Hawaiian lava sea salt. Our Charie just reminded us that tonight is the blue moon which occurs every 2.7 years and is the fourth moon of a season when there are typically three according to NASA. This is where we get the saying “once in a blue moon.“

Detroit Free Press Prestininzi wrote, “The name sturgeon moon comes from the giant lake sturgeon, a fish historically caught in the Great Lakes and Lake Champlain during this part of summer, according to the Farmer’s Almanac. Alternate names for the August full moon include flying up moon to the Cree, harvest moon to the Dakota, ricing moon to the Anishinaabe, the mountain shadows moon to the Tlingit, and the black cherries moon to the Assiniboine.”

Along the shoreline, a party left bug spray, beer bottles/cans and plastic shot bottles. My Dad always taught me if you see trash don’t walk past it, pick it up. Please teach this to your children. Keep our natural areas beautiful. 🐝💫 Abeille bien “bee well”
