From the amazing aromas in the air to the sizzling sounds of cooking, it's easy to tell when the culinary leaders come together for the Seasonal Regional Menu Development workshops.
These inclusive and collaborative sessions in our Michigan, Florida, and Tennessee regions bring together culinary leaders as they hone their skills by creating resident-driven recipes, community-specific recipes and regional recipes, all while perfecting plate presentation standards.
