We specialize in pediatric Occupational, Physical and Speech Language Therapy. Our staff offers quality and reliable therapy services to your child. In addition, our friendly and professional staff is here to answer any questions you may have about our company or our services.

Meet our Director!

Noelle Welch, OTD, OTR/L๐Ÿ’œ
Noelle is a Maryland licensed and nationally certified Occupational Therapist who practices in Southern Maryland. She is a 1993 graduate of Towson State University where she received her BS in Occupational Therapy. She received her post-professional masterโ€™s degree in occupational therapy in 2017 and her post-professional clinical doctorate in 2019, both from Misericordia University. She completed her capstone on Visually Enhanced Occupational Therapy: Education, Intervention, and Advocacy.

While practicing in the school system, she identified the need for an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic, and, in 1999, Dr. Welch opened Coordinated Movements, Inc., the first pediatric, outpatient therapy clinic in Southern Maryland. Dr. Welch continues to operate and practice at Coordinated Movements, Inc.

Dr. Welch is trained in SOS Approach to Feeding and Dynamic Movement Intervention Level A and B. She is an Advanced mentored Clinician in Sensory Processing Disorder and is SIPT Certified. She is Certified in Interactive Metronome and has achieved her DIR Floortime Certificate of Proficiency. She has completed training in Therapeutic Listening, Integrated Listening, and the Safe and Sound Protocol. She has completed numerous continuing education courses on Vision, Low Vision, oral motor skills, breastfeeding, and bottle feeding.

Dr. Welch taught the Vision Rehabilitation course at Misericordia University. She has lectured throughout Southern Maryland on issues related to Occupational Therapy, Sensory Integration Dysfunction, Vision, DIR, and Problematic Feeding.

Dr. Welch participates in advocacy work and provided testimony on the Inter-state Licensure Compact Bill to the Maryland House of Delegates and the Maryland Senate during the 2021 sessions.

Noelle lives in Southern Maryland with her husband and enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and dogs.

Meet our Therapy Staff!

Tara P, DPT ๐Ÿ’œ
Tara graduated from Creighton University with DPT in 1997. She became a board-certified clinical specialist (PCS) in pediatrics in 2007. Over the past 26 years, Tara has gained experience in short and long term acute care, nursing homes, pediatric and adult rehabilitation, school systems, and outpatient pediatrics. Tara had been a part of the Coordinated Movements team since 2013. She has completed continuing education in neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT), craniosacral therapy (CST), vision, concussion management, Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), toe walking, serial casting and orthotics, and Total Motion Release (TMR). Her special interests include: torticollis/plagiocephaly, orthotics, toe walking, hippotherapy, and aquatics. Tara is also fluent in Spanish and has done overseas work in the Dominican Republic.

Tara G, OTR/L ๐Ÿ’œ
Tara graduated from Towson University in 2010 with her Masterโ€™s degree in occupational therapy. She has been practicing in the outpatient pediatric setting since her graduation. She has experience working with children ages birth through adolescents with a wide variety of diagnoses. Tara is an SOS trained feeding therapist, a certified Therapeutic Listening provider and a certified Interactive Metronome provider. She also has experience and training with the Handwriting Without Tears program, Keyboarding Without Tears program, DIR/Floortime approach, Integrated Listening System, Rhythmic Movement training and Visual Motor integration.
