Did you know... there are 4 rotator cuff muscles? The one in the picture down there⏬️⏬️⏬️is called Supraspinatus. When people have to have rotator cuff surgery, this is the muscles that is typically being repaired. It helps you raise your arm out to the side the first 15%. It hurts and causes you to clench your neck muscles on that side and raise your shoulder improperly. Now ya know✨️✨️✨️

What does winning look like to you?🏆🥇🌟
Yesterday I walked into 6 fast food chains, I work as an Uber driver part time, oddly enough, to pay for gas.
My car smelled so yummy all day with processed food, which I LOVE.
🌟I had my smoothie tho. Chocolate, peanut butter, chia, cinnamon and mushroom. I won yesterday and intend to do the same thing again today.
