At The Cypress of Charlotte, it’s the thoughtful gestures and genuine connections that shape the experience of our community. Extraordinary Impressions is a program designed to recognize team members who go above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our members and one another.
We are pleased to recognize our March Extraordinary Impressions recipient, Sophia Mackall.
For the past seven years, Sophia has served as a Housekeeper within our Environmental Services department. She has received multiple nominations highlighting her consistent dedication to exceeding expectations—encouraging members to stay engaged, fostering connection during daily moments, and bringing a sense of joy, even on more challenging days.
Members often describe Sophia as “a dancing caregiver to all,” sharing that she “brings a ray of light to the Stewart Health Center.” Through her warm presence—whether a smile, a kind word, or a shared laugh—Sophia creates lasting, meaningful impressions across our community.
