The Stewart Health Center offers residents and their families a warm and inviting healing environment that focuses on the overall patient experience - from medical care to room decor. With a staff-to-patient ratio almost 3x that of most facilities, The Stewart Center’s experienced team of doctors, nurses, and therapy specialists can give each resident the personal attention they need to feel both well and well cared for.

In this role, you’ll oversee training, education, and quality care initiatives that empower our team and enhance the lives of our members—all within a welcoming, resort-style community.

This full-time position is based in Charlotte, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, plus on-call with flexible scheduling options.
