During this week, we have been celebrating the cuisine from our Port of Call to Washington DC! Today’s DC cuisine is heavily influenced by the 1990s.
During this time, Spanish chef José Andrés opened a restaurant downtown. Later in the decade, professional sports teams moved to the area, causing an influx of people moved to the city, bringing cuisine from their culture. To find out more about DC and their cuisine, check out our blog:
