Drink Enough Water, But Not Too Much

While water provides various health benefits, drinking too much water may cause water intoxication (also known as water poisoning, hyperhydration, or water toxemia). If untreated, this can result in the swelling of the body cells, eventually leading to seizures, coma, or death.

Symptoms to look out for:

- Muscle weakness, spasms, or cramps

- Fatigue/drowsiness

- Nausea

- Head pain

These symptoms might be similar to dehydration. So, avoid withholding or drinking water. Seek help right away for immediate treatment.
