When the nervous system has been on high alert for a long time, it cannot access calm; even when life feels manageable. Reset Your Stress Default is a short, guided experience designed to change that through practice by teaching the brain what calm feels like again.

As you practice, over the 4 weeks you will notice clearer thinking, less overthinking, and a quieter sense of confidence.

I’m excited to share something meaningful with you. 💙

I’m currently collaborating with Headspace, offering coaching support to individuals who have access through their workplace wellness programs.

It has always been my passion to help people understand the why behind their stress—so they’re not just trying to push through it, but learning how to interrupt it and create a healthier, more sustainable way of working and living.

Watching those lightbulb moments, when people realize they don’t have to fight stress to succeed, is incredibly rewarding. When stress is interrupted, people reclaim their focus, energy, and ability to shine through their natural gifts and strengths.

I’m grateful to be part of this work and excited about what’s possible when wellbeing becomes part of how we work—not something we recover from after."
