The brain is programmed to be on high alert of the unknown which is why we "worry" about something new and different, because our brain does not know whether it is safe.

Because the brain is Predictive, we can change that. We can use our experiences in the past to prove to our conscious brain that our unconscious doesn't have to be on guard, and imagine the best outcome, and predict what comes next....It is part of our superpower that most of us haven't used at all. Let's put that cape on and become our own superpower ✨

How many times in a day do you allow yourself to find joy? Most of us spend our days just juggling all the balls being thrown at us, and never think its ok to put down the balls for just a moment, and find joy in at least one of the activities we are experiencing, or that we can take a few moments to find joy outside of what we are doing.
