This class is a great way to start your week. It’s a 50 minute Full Body Stretch that includes vinyasas, deep hip stretches, balancing challenges and breath work.

Great for beginners or anyone trying to open up hips, stretch legs, shoulders, and neck.

Find your balance and enjoy this full body workout/stretch. Do what you can, there is no pressure to do every pose.

It’s been a long wait, but we can start practicing yoga TOGETHER starting Sunday, September 20th!.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

🔹 25-30 person limit; Pay in advance to secure spot. Once class is full I’ll post to let you know.

My heart is so full. August is our 3 year Anniversary and I’m so thankful for these years that have challenged, lifted, and embraced me in the unknown of starting a weekly yoga class. I’m so thankful to have met and watched you all grow in your practice. Every single one of you have brought me joy and taught me how to become a better yoga teacher than I was the week before. gave us a beautiful platform to work with and some delicious beers while we chatted after class. I miss you all so much and we will be together soon ❤️ .
I have a challenge for you all - share a yoga video/pose/picture with the reasoning for why chose to come to our class or start a yoga practice in general.
