Join us for an engaging and informative experience where pelvic health meets Pilates.
The Core Connection Workshop is thoughtfully designed to blend education and movement, helping you better understand how your pelvic floor and core work together to support strength, stability, and everyday function.
Pelvic floor physical therapist Quana Tribble Jackson will lead an approachable, conversation-style discussion on pelvic health — think of it as a relaxed “girl chat” covering the topics many of us were never taught, from core strength to proper pelvic floor function.
From there, Pilates instructor and licensed mental health clinician Tiffany Bishop will guide small-group Pilates sessions, translating these concepts into intentional movement you can feel, understand, and apply to your daily life.
Throughout the experience, you’ll explore the connection between breath, pressure management, and core coordination — both on and off the reformer.
Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in an optional 20-minute small-group reformer session (limited availability), along with dedicated time for learning, movement, and connection.
To elevate the experience, enjoy curated wellness activations throughout the afternoon, including a mobile bar and optional B12 shots.
