Thankful Thursday 🌿

Taking 30 minutes to step away from the screen and into the fresh air isn't just about the steps; it’s about the "thank you" I’m saying to my body and mind.

• 🍎 Kitchen was closed by 8 PM last night! (Win!)
• 📵 Screens went off at 10:30 PM—just a little shy of my 10:00 goal, but we aim for progress, not perfection.
