Stretches the Entire Back Body:

1. It deeply stretches your hamstrings, calves, and Achilles tendons, while also opening up the lower back and glutes.

2. Builds Upper Body Strength: Holding the pose actively engages and strengthens the muscles in your arms, shoulders, upper back, and core.

Always listen to your body. If you experience any sharp pain, dizziness, or severe discomfort in your wrists, shoulders, or lower back, gently come out of the pose right away.
