Finding freedom with food didn’t happen overnight, it came from making intentional changes.

I had to start asking God for help instead of turning to food, stop brushing off overeating as “no big deal,” and cut out unhelpful snacking.

I learned not to use food to cope with feelings, to keep trigger foods out of my home, and to finally let go of my toxic relationship with sugar.

These shifts weren’t always easy, but they brought me lasting peace and freedom in how I eat and live.
