- UV rays can cause premature aging and increase your risk of skin cancer—even on cloudy days.
- Skin damage can happen in as little as 15 minutes of sun exposure.
- 🧴 Here's how to stay protected:
✅ Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) every 2 hours
🧢 Wear a wide-brimmed hat and UV-blocking sunglasses
👕 Choose long sleeves or UPF clothing when possible
🌳 Stay in the shade between 10 AM and 4 PM
