Health is overwhelming on social media… and, ironically our health, especially our mental wellness, is paying the price.

Focus on the research, studies, workouts, and food that matters and make a difference for YOU!

Spend your time doing, eating and listening to the things that make you feel your best… NOT the things that make you feel bad.

Trust what you’re interested in is subject to change, AND trust that for now… you’re doing your best

This is for my girlies who are struggling …

🤷‍♀️The ones who don’t have answers to poor health
😩The ones who are sidelined for days after working out
🔨The ones who have a growing laundry list of trigger foods

I know it’s trendy and sexy and everywhere, but girl-> fasting is not your answer

Your body is craving safety, slowness, and unique care…. None of which can be found through fasting

Keep searching, keep digging, but don’t add to your stress by withholding food

What if instead of reaching for a coffee, candy, or m**fin as an afternoon pick me up

Ahh, protein the things we do for you

Please remember …
✨Probiotics + fermented foods- Kefir, sauerkraut
✨Fiber - Veggies + fruit
✨Antioxidants- Berries, turmeric, herbs
✨Whole grains + legumes - chickpeas, whole wheat bread

Please remember too …
You’ll require different quantities than anyone else… at different times of the day, and at different times of the month 👉Yes, I know that’s annoying 👈 but good, great, amazing things come to those who dive into personalized nutrition based on the specifics of their own beautiful body 😘

The right kinda food can be life changing

A 3 hour long TSA line will undoubtedly lead to a V long day of travel and V long days of travel lead to lots of emotions

You’ll be tired and your brain will be tired 😫

Nourishing and fueling yourself well will help mitigate some of your frustration by providing you energy, balancing blood sugar (which can *easily* lead to difficult mood swings), and balancing some really important hormones!

Because let’s be honest… no one feels their best when constipated, right?
