Biscoff Cookie Butter Icebox Cake

Ingredients:

• 2 (8.8 oz) red-and-white sleeves of Lotus Biscoff Cookies

• 1 (14 oz) glass jar of Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter

• 1 (8 oz) silver-wrapped block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

• 1 (8 oz) plastic tub of Cool Whip, thawed

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the Philadelphia Cream Cheese and half the jar of Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter until smooth. Gently fold in the Cool Whip.

2. Line the bottom of an 8x8 glass baking dish with an even layer of Lotus Biscoff Cookies.

3. Spread half of the cream cheese and whipped topping mixture evenly over the cookies. Repeat with another layer of cookies, followed by the rest of the cream mixture.

4. Melt the remaining Biscoff Cookie Butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and drizzle heavily over the top. Crush the remaining cookies and sprinkle them over the drizzle. Chill overnight.
