Sore after Class 🤕

Here are some simple at home exercises that will help to keep your spine decompressed and hips in full rotation.

Lots of people with sitting or long standing jobs report lower discomfort. Hip flexor stretches can support lower back comfort when sitting and limited hip extension occurs. That means, everything is locking up because of long periods of stagnation.

Whenever you find yourself having some of these minor aches at home, give these stretches a try! Relief is only moments away 😮‍💨

Club AFET Marvelous Man goes to Pierre Wooten . Pierre just completed the Chicago Marathon over the weekend and going for the 6 Star World Majors Marathons Achievement.

When asked what motivates you to work out and what are your goals? He stated…

“Living a healthy life! Great Health is truly wealth! What motivates me is not about leaving a legacy but LIVING a LEGACY and that starts with being healthy. Fitness goals immediate: Achieve the 6 Star World Majors Marathons that’s to complete (Boston, Chicago, NY, Tokyo, London, Berlin). They have recently add Sydney and soon Capetown

Another goal is NOT being on any medicine because movement is my medicine.
