The questions we are being asked this Season is what to eat and drink to maximize on body health without feeling weighed down or exhausted.

We have to make sure that we stay hydrated & properly fueled this summer so we can beat the heat ☀️.

Club AFET Marvelous Man goes to Pierre Wooten . Pierre just completed the Chicago Marathon over the weekend and going for the 6 Star World Majors Marathons Achievement.

When asked what motivates you to work out and what are your goals? He stated…

“Living a healthy life! Great Health is truly wealth! What motivates me is not about leaving a legacy but LIVING a LEGACY and that starts with being healthy. Fitness goals immediate: Achieve the 6 Star World Majors Marathons that’s to complete (Boston, Chicago, NY, Tokyo, London, Berlin). They have recently add Sydney and soon Capetown

Another goal is NOT being on any medicine because movement is my medicine.

My brother!! THANK YOU for getting me right! Keeping my body equipped and ready for all challenges. Strength Training you put me through 1000% made it possible.”
