Even the littlest little ones can get adjusted!! Dr. Abby specializes in seeing infants, pediatric, and prenatal patients.

The adjusting style used for little ones is very gentle and uses little “taps” to adjust the individual vertebrae. We use this style of adjustment for kids up until 7 years old.

Adjusting your kids will help their nervous system regulate to the highest level. This will help them grow tall and strong!

Here’s a message from our CA Emma!!

“Hi Everyone, I’m Emma! I’m currently a senior at UNC Charlotte with aspirations of becoming a Chiropractor!

Out of all the possible careers I could have chosen when deciding to be an exercise science major, I chose Chiropractic! I chose this because of my love for holistic health and wanting to share that with a community! Every chiropractor I have ever met has been generous with their knowledge and I knew I wanted to be apart of that! I also love the versatility that comes with chiropractic care. Just like at re_Health Studio, I have interest in one day offering different styles of physiotherapy such as red light laser therapy and acupuncture (and anything new that may come along)!

A little about me is I love to try new workout classes with friends, cook fun foods, and travel✈️! I just recently got back from studying abroad in Florence, Italy for a month!!! My favorite workout class is currently hot pilates at hotworx 🧘‍♀️! I love being surrounded by my family and friends too! At home I enjoy learning new recipes from my dad 🧑‍🍳 or hanging out with my mom waiting for the yummy dinner to come out!

Meet another one of our amazing Chiropractors, Dr. Abby!!

“Dr. Abby hails from Ohio (go Bucks!) and has a special passion for helping families shape their health journey from the very beginning. To support this, she has gained extensive experience caring for infant and adolescent patients and pursued additional training in cranial-sacral therapy to better help this population. She loves helping babies function their best so they are more comfortable and able to focus on developing their brains and bodies (and so moms and dads don’t lose their minds!) Dr. Abby also acknowledges the gap that exists within wellness care during the vulnerable prenatal and postpartum period, and the impact that lack of care can have on the health of the entire  family. In an effort to bridge that gap Dr. Abby is Webster-certified for pregnancy, and BirthFit certified to train prenatal and postpartum moms in order to help them navigate their birth and healing journey through movement. Using chiropractic as a core component, Dr. Abby assists parents in taking control of the path of their family’s health and improving quality of life for themselves and for their children.”

This Tuesday Dr. Josh and our CA Emma went to Burn Bootcamp to help with recovery after a tough workout! 💪🏻 Offering cupping, scraping, and stretches for people who felt like their bodies needed a little extra! This helps us to continue to spread awareness for all we can do in the office!

“Josh and his wife Becca hail for NW Ohio and have been living in the south since 2012. They moved to Charlotte in 2019 following 3 years of practice in Atlanta. They have 2 kiddos (soon to be 3) and a very sweet pup named Hazel.
Dr. Josh has devoted much of his post graduate studies to the world of sports rehab and restorative therapies to enhance his chiropractic practice.

re_ Health Studio was founded on a singular mission; to provide genuine, purposeful care with excellence, that is available and accessible
