I am seeing so many new faces here so let me (re)introduce myself…

Hey hey, I’m Jennie!
A food lover, twin mama, IVF survivor, and queen of turning chaos into cozy.

This little corner of the internet? It’s called Her Nourish Code & it was built out of real life.
Not the Pinterest-perfect kind.
The kind with NICU nights, food allergies, wine-for-dinner burnout, and a whole lot of “what the heck do I make for dinner?”

After years of trying to be the perfect woman, wife, mom, friend, and cook…
I hit a wall. And instead of pushing harder, I decided to nourish deeper.

So I built this space for women like me.
Women who are tired of the quick fixes.
Who want to eat better but also want it to taste GOOD.
Who crave simplicity, support, and meals that make them feel more like themselves again.

Her Nourish Code is about:

This is your permission to stop.

Make a cup of tea…ginger, peppermint, whatever you’ve got.
Add lemon and sea salt.
Put your phone down while it steeps.
Stretch. Journal. Or just sit still for a second.

You don’t need to fix everything tonight.
You just need to soften the edges.

Send this to the friend who holds everyone together.
The one who’s tired but won’t admit it.
The one who forgets she’s allowed to rest.

She’s not behind. She’s just exhausted.
