Weekends aren’t a “break” from your goals—they’re where your results stick. ✨

Here’s your Saturday Nourish game plan:
• Protein at breakfast (30g)
• Coffee after food (keep cortisol calm)
• Walk after at least one meal
• Hydrate with minerals (pinch of sea salt + lemon)
• Strength over punishment cardio
