✨ Meet the Team: Katy Chockley, PA-C ✨

Katy Chockley, PA-C, grew up right here in Charlotte and returned in 2014 to begin her career as a Physician Assistant. She is deeply committed to providing excellent, compassionate care and takes pride in building meaningful relationships with her patients.

Katy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and completed her Physician Assistant training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care and is excited to be part of the physician-led team at Integrative Pain & Spine Institute.

Outside of the office, Katy enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their two children. We’re thrilled to have her on our team!
