Welcome to livewwell-agewell!! Put God first, live by His principles, and you will indeed age well. While some of us may develop diseases, and our mobility may be limited, that is is not necessarily the destiny for all us us. However, regardless of limitations, if we are in Christ, we can continue to age well. Let's not focus on deficits. In John 10:10, God promises us abundant life. So come on, let's get to it--let's continue to win!!

Welcome to livewell-agewell! Our sole purpose is to promote abundant and healthy living for adults sixty and older. We will not use the term "senior citizen", because somewhere along the way, we have attached a negative connotation to that term. Rather, we will use the term, "mature citizen". While it is true, some of us may develop diseases, and our mobility may become limited. However; we must remember that is not the destiny for all of us. We are Christian focused and believe that God has promised us abundant life. So with that belief guiding our way, we are staying engaged, saying yes to the things that are important to us, being conscious of what we eat, participating in some form of exercise on a regular basis, and continuing to LIVE! We believe that if we put God first, live by His principles, we will indeed age well. So let's do it! Let's continue to win!
