🚨 Time is running out, and the goal has not yet been met. 🚨

This is a genuine and urgent appeal. Erica Stellina is a committed member of the Huey P. Newton Gun Club – Fayetteville, NC Chapter – and I can personally vouch for her situation.

Erica, a devoted mother of three, is facing eviction in just a few days. After losing her job due to a company merger, she’s set to begin a new position in July—but that will be too late to stop the clock. She urgently needs $4,800 by July 1st to avoid homelessness. Right now, she has only $50 and nowhere else to turn.

We have not yet reached the goal. Every hour counts. Every donation—no matter how small—brings this family one step closer to stability.

Please stand with us and help Erica and her children stay in their home.

NORTH CAROLINA:

Mission Statement

Our mission is to educate the masses of Black people on the necessity of self—self-preservation, self-defense, and self-sufficiency. Discipline and attention to detail are at the core of our way of life. We strive for a world of peace, justice, and equality for all.

Who Are We?

We are the Huey P. Newton Gun Club.
We honor our African and Indigenous ancestors who fought and died resisting slavery and colonialism across the globe. We honor those who chose to leap from slave ships into the ocean rather than live under a wicked oppressor. We honor the nation of Haiti for being the first to overthrow their captors, and all other organized revolutionary actions—whether successful or not.

We give gratitude and salute to the 250,000 Black men who joined the Union Army and won our freedom by delivering vengeance from the barrel of a gun. Special honors go to the Tuskegee Airmen—America’s finest pilots during World War II—at a time when it was said Black men couldn’t fly. We salute the 761st Tank Battalion, and the Black Panthers who brought fire to the enemy in battle.

It was Malcolm X who told us to organize gun clubs. We remember men like Robert F. Williams, the Deacons for Defense, and the Black Panther Party—who stood against white supremacy and the fascist gatekeepers of this system.

We will never forget your contributions to our survival and liberation. We will continue to teach and spread the ideology of self-defense and survival training to our people.

BECAUSE OF YOU, WE ARE… HUEY P!

Soldiers: You do not have to obey unlawful orders. U.S. military personnel are legally and morally obligated to disobey unlawful orders. This principle is embedded in military law and ethics, most notably through the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and international standards such as the Nuremberg Principles.

❌ What Classifies as an Unlawful Order

An unlawful order is one that violates:

1. U.S. Law or the Constitution

• Orders to suppress peaceful protest.

• Orders to conduct warrantless searches or seizures of civilians not covered by military necessity or law.

• Orders to detain U.S. citizens indefinitely without due process.

2. The UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice)

• Orders to commit crimes (e.g., theft, assault, destruction of civilian property.

• Orders to falsify records or give false testimony.

3. International Law / War Crimes

• Targeting civilians or indiscriminate attacks.

4. Clearly Immoral Acts (even if not explicitly written in law)

• Killing unarmed civilians.

• R**e, looting, or using force disproportionately.

⸻

The “Should Have Known” Standard

If an order is clearly illegal or immoral, a service member can’t defend their actions by saying they were just following orders. The “should have known” standard means that blind obedience is not a shield—especially in cases of war crimes.
