We are so excited to welcome Megan Thomson to VIDA. Megan is a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate (LCMHCA) who specializes in supporting children and adolescents who are struggling with stress, anxiety, and other life challenges such as family changes and transitions, and academic transitions or challenges.

She has over a decade of experience teaching clients how to develop healthy coping skills to manage stress and anxiety. She strongly believes in providing her clients with the tools they need to feel empowered to navigate new challenges they may face both in and out of school, thus helping them build life-long resilience.

Megan strives to form a strong, therapeutic relationship where her clients feel safe, seen, heard, and valued. She meets her clients where they are, without judging their journey, and helps them reach their goals in a supportive, nurturing way.
