Weather doesn’t always cooperate but you can still get a great workout in! All you need for this is a deck of cards!!

Hearts- pushups/elevated push ups
Spades- squats (body weight or with weights if you have them)
Diamonds- mountain climbers (each leg) or burpees if you’re feeling crazy
Clubs- plank with a reach (each arm)

Flip it, do it, repeat!!!
