A paraprofessional, providing hands-on services in the home for clients under the direct
supervision of a qualified designated supervisor. In Home Aide services may include personal
care tasks, supervision of the client’s activities, home management, meal prep, companionship
or respite breaks for family or caregivers.

Responsibilities:
The duties consist of a combination of activities, which include, but are not limited to:
● Personal care tasks including assistance with mobility, bathing/shower, toileting,
dressing, eating, continence needs.
● Supervision of client’s activities.
● Home management tasks.
● Other tasks as assigned within the scope of their role.
