White Oak of Charlotte provides long term nursing care and short term rehabilitation a short drive a

White Oak of Charlotte is a 180 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from two major hospital systems. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation. Additionally, we offer independent living apartments at Sharon Village. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Charlotte is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Our Veterans Club had a great time meeting for Christmas and we are so appreciative to them for providing gifts to all of our Veterans!

White Oak of Charlotte enjoyed celebrating our superhero NURSES during National Nurses Week 2025! We found ways of celebrating our team each day, including ice cream bars, shoulder massages, and some exciting games with fun prizes!

Our nurses are vital to our team and show up every day to care for our patients as their own. They are selfless, caring, and quick to jump into action! They deserve to be celebrated this week and every week!

To aspiring nurses- joining this career is challenging but will give you the greatest gift: the joy of helping others.

We celebrated Easter early with a visit from the Easter Bunny and a lovely concert for all our residents to enjoy! Our dining room was packed and filled with joy!
We’ve been loving the warmer weather and can’t wait to continue our Spring life enrichment programming and gear up for Mother’s Day to kick off National Skilled Nursing Week in May!

White Oak Manor of Charlotte is honoring Breast Cancer Awareness month throughout October. Our residents love to wear pink to show their support- including a bedazzled headband! We stand strong together with breast cancer warriors around the world and look forward to a day when there is a cure!

Last week, our team had a special treat. While enjoying a team building dinner, Panther's head coach Dave Canales was dining at the same restaurant. He took the time to come over, introduce himself and thanked them for their service to the community by buying dessert for the table! We are grateful for his support of local healthcare professionals! Go Panthers!

Congratulations to Maybell on her retirement today. She has been a faithful CNA at White Oak of Charlotte for 33 years.
