Be the Change Physiotherapy is a Physical Therapy owned and operated business established to target the individuals who truly value their health and physical abilities and want to live their lives to the fullest at maximum activity potential.
•This includes healing from any musculoskeletal injuries including but not limited to shoulder pain, back pain, hip pain, knee pain, foot/ankle pain, and pe

lvic floor dysfunctions whether acute or chronic rather than simply covering the pain/symptoms.
•The goal of our business is to find the source of the problem and treat the source, rather than covering the symptom.
•Our goals is also to give YOU the tools you need to speed up the healing process so you can return to the daily activities, exercise or sport of your choice. •We also want to provide the tools you need to maintain your gains without being required to seek continual care or treatment 3x a week.
•Our goal is to save you money by giving one on one care so you will require less visits to meet your goals.
•We do not want you to simply “do your exercises” but rather integrate your treatment plan into your current exercise routine and advance you.
•We are considered out-of-network because that means we can provide patients with the care they want and need rather than what the insurance dictates can be done.

🌟 When to See a Physical Therapist 🌟

Hey Yall! 🤗

There is a lot of confusion around what a PT can offer. So, let’s talk about some different scenarios that could warrant a visit to your friendly neighborhood physical therapist! 💪🏼 Whether you’re dealing with new injuries, old ones that won’t quit, or simply feeling stuck in your movement, it’s crucial to know when to seek professional help.

Here’s the lowdown:
1️⃣ New Injuries: 🤕 Don’t brush off that sprain, strain, or any sudden pain. Whether it’s a twisted ankle from your last workout or a tweaked muscle during your weekend game, getting it checked out early can prevent further complications down the road.
2️⃣ Chronic Injuries: 🔄 Lingering pain from an old injury? It’s time to break the cycle! A skilled PT can assess the root cause and develop a personalized plan to help you break free from that nagging discomfort.
3️⃣ Mobility Restrictions: 🚶‍♂️ Struggling to move like you used to? Whether it’s stiffness in your joints or limited range of motion, a PT can work wonders in restoring your body’s mobility and helping you move with ease.
4️⃣ Strength Imbalances: ⚖️ Feeling uneven or imbalanced in your strength? A PT can pinpoint areas of weakness and create a strength training regimen tailored to rebalance your body and enhance your performance.
5️⃣ Movement Assessments: 🔄 Not sure if your movement patterns are on point? A comprehensive movement assessment by a PT can identify any biomechanical issues and provide corrective exercises to optimize your form and prevent future injuries.

Remember, your body is your greatest asset and you only get ONE, so don’t hesitate to give it the care it deserves! 💙

First of all, remember that it is OK to continue to work pull ups until you notice coning, pelvic pressure, general discomfort, or loss of form. Then you’ll want to modify this exercise.
1. Box Assisted Pull Ups- Use a sturdy box for support, allowing you to focus on proper form and breath while continuing to use as little support as you need.
