🧠 Bringing the Brain Into the Therapy Room: Understanding SUD Through a Neuroscience Lens.

Join us next month, on January 16th, as we continue our Professional Training Series for 2026: we’re kicking it off with presenter David Zealy-Wright LCMHCS, LCAS, CCS.

Understanding addiction requires understanding the brain. This 6-hour advanced workshop gives clinicians a practical, accessible, and trauma-informed tour of the neurobiology of addiction. Virtual and in-person options available.

You’ll learn how substances hijack reward, stress, and decision-making circuits and how recovery rewires them. Walk away with tools for case conceptualization, relapse prevention, psychoeducation, and integrated treatment planning. Earn 6 CEU credits for attending!

Our Professional Training Series is open to the public and we highly recommend this educational opportunity to any and/or professionals, clinicians, as well as anyone wanting to learn more about this vital topic.

Please tag those whom might benefit from these educational opportunities in comments below!
