Wedding Week + June Booking Reminder

Hey everyone,

I hope you’re doing well and enjoying the start of summer ☀️

I wanted to give you a quick heads-up that I’ll be out of the office the first week of June for my wedding. Because of that, my availability will be more limited than usual.

If you’re hoping to get in during June, I recommend booking your appointments early. Members, please go ahead and get your June sessions scheduled now to make sure you get a time that works best for you.

Also, on a more personal note, many of you have kindly asked about a wedding registry, which truly means so much to me. I’ve put together a small registry, including an option to contribute toward our future home, for anyone who feels called to do so. There is absolutely no pressure at all. Your continued support of my business already means the world to me.

Hi there,

As life gets busy and schedules fill up, I wanted to send a gentle reminder to plan your sessions ahead whenever possible.

Many clients are now booking several weeks—or even a few months—in advance to secure the days and times that work best for them. If you have a preferred schedule or like to come in regularly, booking ahead is the best way to make sure those spots are reserved just for you.

Think of it as part of your self-care rhythm—keeping your body maintained, your stress levels in check, and giving yourself something to look forward to 🌸

✨ Massage Therapist Opportunity – Part-Time to Start (No Franchise Burnout Here) ✨ Charlotte, NC

Hi everyone! I’m a solo massage therapist and practice owner, and my client load has officially outgrown me. I’m looking to bring on one great massage therapist to join my practice in a part-time role that can grow into full-time if desired.

To be upfront: this position would start at 1–2 days per week, with the opportunity to build more as you develop relationships with clients.
👉 Wednesdays and Saturdays are currently available, and those days can be worked at any desired time. Other days may be flexible depending on scheduling.

I already have a small group of clients ready and waiting to get on the table with a new therapist. Once we get started with a day or two, I’ll actively begin marketing and helping you build a larger clientele — or, if part-time is your preference, you’re welcome to stay there.

Pay: Starting at $45/hour
Job Type: Part-time to start, potential for full-time
Work Environment: In-person, calm, supportive, and client-centered

A little about the vibe:
I’ve worked in a franchise setting before, and that overworked, back-to-back, zero-breathing-room energy is not what we’re about here. This is a laid-back, peaceful practice focused on quality work, real recovery, and sustainable careers for therapists.

What I’m looking for:
• Valid state massage license
• Strong anatomy and pain management knowledge
• Deep tissue experience preferred (relaxation mixed in)
• Reliable, communicative, and compassionate
• Someone who values client relationships and long-term care

Responsibilities:
• Performing massage sessions
• Rebooking and processing payments
• Keeping the treatment room tidy
• Showing up consistently and professionally

Hello,

I wanted to share an update with you regarding our team at Recovery Time Massage.

Kait, who joined us about four months ago, has recently relocated with her husband due to a job promotion. While we’re sad to see her go, we’re incredibly grateful for the care and presence she brought to our clients during her time here, and we wish them both all the best in this next chapter.

At this time, I am actively interviewing and searching for a new therapist to join the practice. My priority is finding someone who truly aligns with our mission—to support recovery on a mental, emotional, and physical level. While I am working to hire someone as quickly as possible, it’s important to me to make the right choice for our clients and our community.

Because of this transition, I am still not able to take on new clients at the moment. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I navigate this process with care and intention.

As always, I encourage existing clients to continue booking their massages in advance to ensure availability.
