During, immediately after, and 24 hours later! I had a unique opportunity to take progress shots during, immediately after, and 24 hours after an intense cupping session.

Jess had severe intercostal (rib) pain, limited range of motion in her torso, and a stuck scapula (shoulder blade). Because your intercostals are one of the main muscle groups responsible for twisting your body, I cupped her ribs and shoulder blade to not just release the tight muscles, but also get rid of any fascia that was contributing to this tightness and discomfort.

24 hours later, Jess had FULL range of motion back in both her torso and shoulder. While these photos may look painful, when done right, cupping can feel amazing and can provide life changing relief. I strongly encourage you to give it a try for any nagging problems with your body that you may be suffering from. It’s a game changer.

Never gets old ☺️ look at those marks! This was this client’s first time being cupped and you can clearly see where his stagnation is most severe by the color of the marks. If you haven’t tried cupping yet, I strongly urge you to give it a try! It’s not only good for pain, either. Cupping has been proven to reduce cellulite and improve circulation as well!
