As Sean Washington has seen in over 30 years of Mental Health experience, many clients are facing difficult challenges and feelings of hopelessness. They come to Sean with a need for coping mechanisms, answers, clarity and understanding.
 
Sean's approach is one of compassion and guidance; he offers a safe space to help people work through the complexities of their lives and find new ways to cope

. He believes in the healing power of understanding, listening deeply and allowing clients to explore their feelings. Ultimately, Sean's goal is to equip his clients with the tools to lead more meaningful and fulfilling lives. He helps them find answers, discover clarity and understand themselves in order to achieve their goals. With Sean's compassionate approach, clients can learn to cope with difficult challenges and start living a life of purpose.
