We are excited to welcome Rebecca Sidlovsky to the Meaningful Movement team! She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy that specializes in vestibular rehabilitation and also helps active individuals with orthopedic conditions move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love.

💙🩵She earned her Doctorate from Duke and will be bringing a little Blue Devil energy to Meaningful Movement (Tar Heel fans are still welcome, of course 😉)

🏐⛹️‍♀️She played volleyball and basketball and after experiencing her own high school volleyball injury, she saw firsthand how impactful physical therapy could be. That experience helped inspire her path into the profession.

🇯🇵Fun fact: Becca lived in Japan as a child!

🥾🏋️‍♀️Favorite ways to move: Hiking & weight training

Becca can’t wait to move with you!

A huge congratulations to Molli for earning her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through Herman & Wallace! The PRPC is a nationally recognized certification for clinicians with advanced expertise in pelvic health rehabilitation.

This achievement reflects not only countless hours of study and clinical experience, but also the compassion, dedication, and excellence she brings to every patient she treats. We are so proud to have her on our team and even more excited for the patients who get to benefit from her knowledge and care every day.

We always knew she was smart and an incredible clinician and now she has a few extra letters to prove it!

✨We are still celebrating the day Beth joined Meaningful Movement over 4 years ago!

If you’ve worked with Beth, you’ve felt her impact. As an incredible clinician, she has empowered so many through her ability to educate, support, and truly listen, making a lasting difference in the lives of her patients.

She showed up every day with generosity and heart, helping individuals of all abilities discover what meaningful movement looks like for them.
From meaningful community outreach to celebrating milestones, Beth has been a steady and essential part of the journey.

While this marks the end of her time in this role, her impact will continue to be felt, and she will always be a part of the Meaningful Movement story. Don’t be surprised if she pops up every now and then in the future…we like her too much to let her sneak away forever! 😉

Beth, we are forever grateful for all you have given to your patients, your teammates, and our community. 🤍

This session was created for the moms and caregivers with pelvic symptoms who are used to showing up for everyone else, but aren’t sure where to start when it comes to themselves.

We break down common barriers to seeking care for yourself including limited time, overwhelm with managing alllll the things, and cost. This shorter, focused session offers bite-sized, meaningful, and actionable guidance. We give you the tools, clear direction, and simple movement strategies to help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor without the overwhelm.

Although it provides a more comprehensive assessment the difference between this and our Pelvic Floor Initial Assessment is that no internal exam is performed just external and education-based to start. An internal assessment may be recommended later to further guide care if needed.

Meet Molli Loiselle, our new pelvic therapist!

Fun fact: She speaks French fluently. She grew up in Louisiana and attended a French immersion school, so from K–12! 🇫🇷

Favorite ways to move: Weightlifting, running, & pilates. 🏃🏻‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️

Her interest in pelvic therapy began after her own pelvic floor challenges. Recognizing how interconnected the pelvic floor is with whole-body health and lifelong quality of life guided her toward specializing in pelvic floor therapy.

She is passionate about making high-quality pelvic care more accessible by removing common barriers like long wait times and rushed visits, and instead offering personalized care, time to ask and answer questions, and room to truly heal.

Help us welcome Molli to the Meaningful Movement community! ✨

Last night, Meaningful Movement was honored to be recognized as 2025 Physician Reach Out Practice of the Year.

We have served as a PRO provider since 2022 and have such admiration and gratitude for the incredible work Care Ring does for our community. They provide access to quality healthcare for uninsured and underinsured Mecklenburg County neighbors through programs like Physician’s Reach Out as well as other programs for maternal, fetal, and pediatric care. Beyond the programs they are actionable in identifying and breaking down barriers to truly access this care, by providing uber rides to overcome transportation challenges and interpreters for language barriers.

We are lucky to have many respected healthcare organizations in our community so to be chosen to receive this award was especially humbling. It’s a reflection that all contributions create lasting change. A special thank to Beth, Amy, and Erica, whose compassion and dedication have allowed us to expand our impact and serve even more patients in need. All deserve to move without the distraction of pain or dizziness so that they can do what’s most meaningful to them!

We are so excited to welcome Amy Overman to Meaningful Movement. With 20+ years of experience across orthopedic and trauma rehab, Amy blends clinical expertise with deep empathy—especially when guiding others through injury recovery. Her personal journey with hip surgery led her to Pilates-based rehab, now a powerful part of her movement-focused care. She has a particular passion for treating orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Fun Facts about Amy:

🔧 She’s a true DIY powerhouse—she’s repaired everything from dryers to scooters and even tiled her own laundry room. If it can be fixed, she’s probably already on it!
🎢 An adventure-lover at heart, she still swings into the Waccamaw River like she did in high school and never backs down from a ropes course or wild roller coaster.
🧘‍♀️ A devoted hot yoga fan, she brings the strength, balance, and breathwork from her practice into her PT sessions, helping patients build both resilience and body awareness.

We can’t wait for you to move with her!
